Programme Overview
Composition Accelerator, P4
Programme Goals
Moving up from P3, P4 students are expected to write with more structure and advanced vocabulary.
Whereas our P3 programme focuses more on fundamental story building skills, P4 dives into more sophisticated plot devices and exam techniques.
PSLE Continuous Writing has gotten more abstract. Without proper analysis of the question, students easily write off-topic. On top of this, students are expected to write within tight time constraints in the exam.
Our proprietary FormuFlow method introduces 4 powerful Core Themes that underpin almost every PSLE question type. Our curriculum does not jump from one random topic to another every week. Rather, we teach students a flowchart system which helps them generate plot ideas and write smoothly.
By the end of a term, students should be able to come up with vivid and interesting stories in response to any composition question.
